We begin with a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to build a clear picture of your health history. This helps us understand any existing conditions, previous injuries, medications, or contraindications that should inform how we work with you.

Movement Analysis

Next, we take you through a structured movement analysis — observing how your body moves across a range of fundamental patterns. We're looking for compensations, asymmetries, restrictions, and areas of weakness that may not be causing pain yet, but left unaddressed, likely will.

This two-part process allows us to design a programme that's rooted in what your body actually needs — not a generic template.
