Space Main gym

This is where the work happens. The Foundry main gym floor is the heart of the facility. Built for functional fitness and designed around the people who use it — athletes at every level, coaches who know their craft, and a community that shows up and puts the work in. Every piece of equipment is here for a reason. Every session has a purpose.

The Space

We didn't build a warehouse full of machines that do one thing. The Foundry main gym is a performance environment — configured for the kind of training that actually makes you better. Strength work, conditioning, skill development, and everything in between. The floor is set up to handle it all.

Whether you're hitting a class, following a programme, or working through something specific with a coach, you'll find the space and equipment you need, laid out so it makes sense.

What's on the Floor

Strength & Lifting

Multiple full rigs with pull-up stations, J-cups, and safety arms. Olympic bars. Bumper plates. Dumbbells across the full range. Everything you need to squat, press, pull, and carry heavy things well.

Skill & Gymnastics

Pull-up bars. Rings. Parallettes. The movements that take time to build — and a facility that gives you the space to build them.

Conditioning

Rowers. Assault bikes. Ski ergs. [Add your specifics.] Short and long. Aerobic and anaerobic. The cardio equipment here isn't an afterthought — it's a core part of how we train.

Open Floor Space

Room to move. To warm up properly. To do the work that doesn't fit on a rig or a platform. Enough space that you're never fighting for it.

Coached Classes

The main gym is where our class programme lives. Every session is coach-led, structured around the Foundry programming, and designed to develop the full athlete — not just the part that's easy to train.

Classes run throughout the day across multiple formats. Whether you're building your engine, developing strength, or working on the technical stuff that takes patience, there's a session for where you are right now.

Foundry is not a globo gym. There are no mirrors to flex in, no machines to sit on, and no one trying to sell you a protein shake on your way out. What there is — is a serious training environment, a floor full of people who mean it, and coaches who are invested in what you're doing here.

The standard on the floor is high. Not because we're exclusive — because the people who train here hold themselves to it, and that atmosphere is worth protecting. Beginners are welcome. Effort is expected. Ego is checked at the door.

Who Trains Here

Beginners finding their feet.

You don't need a background in fitness to walk through the door. You need to be willing to learn, open to coaching, and ready to work. We'll handle the rest.

Intermediate athletes building something.

You've got the basics. Now you're stacking fitness, developing consistency, and starting to feel what real progress looks like. The programming and coaching here is built for this phase.

Experienced athletes pushing further.

You know what you're doing and you're here for the environment, the coaching depth, and a facility that keeps up with your training. The Foundry main gym is equipped and programmed to challenge athletes who've been at this for years.

Ready to See It?

The best way to understand what Foundry is — is to come in. Book a tour, get on the floor, and talk to a coach about what you're trying to build.
